One of the highlights of the solution was an online process that started with digital marketing and went through product issuing, activation, and Welcome Call process. The campaign generated 429k sales at a cost 75% lower than the telesales process.

The solution comprehended the whole sales activity using digital channels according to the customer's preferred choice, from the generated lead through social media advertising. This strategy led to an increase in credit card sales for the client.
